DIGITAL FILE GUIDELINES

Premiere Printing accepts files from both MAC and PC platforms.

We can work with files in the following programs:
• Quark • InDesign • Illustrator
• Photoshop • Microsoft Word, Publisher & Excel

Tips to ensure the files you are sending can be output correctly:

• Sometimes email files over 5MB have trouble making the trip
Anything over 5 MB should be uploaded via our website.
Click on the Send a File Button and follow the instructions

• You must include a .125" Bleed beyond the edge of the paper if you want the image to extend to the edge and keep type and other elements at least .125" from the edge of the paper

The best file to send is a properly prepared PDF

• When you save the file as a PDF, be sure to set the job option to
PRESS or HIGH QUALITY

• Always EMBED FONTS.

Please use WinZip or DropStuff to compress the file before you send it.
